Thank goodness! Finally, I have been successfully starting to create some new extensions for PHPMaker version 10. As always, the first things that I modify for the web applications that generated by PHPMaker is how to make the look and feel of the Login, Forgot Password, Registration, and Change Password pages become better than the default ones. Also, the minimum customization for the Header and Footer. Later, I created also the must and great features that must be existed in a Web Application.
So here we go! There are seven eleven twelve Extensions for PHPMaker version 10 on the first phase that had been finished as follow:
- MasinoCustomCSS10
- MasinoCAPTCHA10
- MasinoLogin10
- MasinoForgotPwd10
- MasinoRegister10
- MasinoChangePwd10
- MasinoHeaderFooter10
- MasinoHorizontalVertical10
- MasinoFixedWidthSite10
- MasinoDetectChanges10
- MasinoPreviewRow10
- MasinoVisitorStatistics10
Please note that MasinoHeaderFooter10 and MasinoFixedWidthSite10 extensions are still needed to be modified by adding some other features into it. However, you are still be able to use it at the moment. The minimum customization such as Displaying the Current Logged in User, Moving the Language Selector, Displaying the Web Application Title in the header have been implemented in MasinoHeaderFooter10 extension. Also the same things for MasinoFixedWidthSite10, such as: fixed width site, empty table in no records found page, page title, etc. I am really sure that these things are often needed by your web applications as well as mine.
Now you can download them from this post. As always, extract them to your C:\Program Files\PHPMaker 10\extensions folder, afterwards enable them from Tools -> Extensions of your PHPMaker application. Don't forget to play with some of their Advanced settings in order to see some new settings available.
You can also see the Demo of web application that generated by PHPMaker 10 which uses those Extensions above from this post. You can use the same account as well as for version 9.2.0.
