Since v12.0.7, the phrase id "AboutUsContent" had been added, therefore you need to download this XML Language Files.
Again, you HAVE TO download this file and extract it to languages sub-folder of your PHPMaker installation, since there are some phrases were added that related to Masino Extensions for PHPMaker 12.
